Whether you're at the start of your journey and need something to kickstart you, or you've been training for a while and just need a new challenge to keep progressing - our on-demand library has you covered!
Each exercise has a 'rep range' attached to it so it can be tailored to fit your current ability.
If you're following the free-weight workouts then you will also be prompted to use either light, medium or heavy weights for each exercise - so if squats require 'heavy weight' this could mean 4kg dumbbells or 15kg dumbbells for different people!
Simply keep track of the weights you are using and number of reps you are completing within the app so you can look back and track your progress!
