This program is not designed to be a one-off solution or quick fix, it is intended to be used as a launching point to start building a new routine and healthy habits to continue over the long-term.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Workouts delivered via our training app 
Video demonstrations of all exercises 
Healthy meal suggestions via the app 
Self-guided program
3 resistance + 1 optional HIIT session

This program consists of 3 resistance per week plus 1 optional HIIT workout to start building on your cardio endurance and burning body fat.

The meal suggestions given for each meal within the app are for you to try and gradually include in your diet over the 4 week duration to build sustainable habits.

The program is self-guided, meaning you will need to motivate yourself to complete the workouts and make the necessary changes to your diet. 

If you think you need a more hands on approach and could benefit from being held accountable then please contact us to discuss 1:1 training! 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Bodyweight only 
Free Weights

This program is available in bodyweight only or free weights so you can decide which is best for your circumstances.

If you choose to go bodyweight only then feel free to add resistance bands where you feel necessary if you have access to them.

CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM WHILE TRAVELLING?

YES! 

All of our workouts have been designed to be completed from anywhere, so you can keep fit while travelling from any corner of the world, with no excuses

If you have no access to equipment then you will simply follow the bodyweight only version of the program and will still see results.  If you travel with resistance bands then you may wish to add these in to some workouts.
