The benefit of being 100% bespoke is that YOU decide what's included in your program - you'll only pay for the elements you want to include!
AM I READY?
99% of people who sign up for coaching are not ready for the commitment it takes to see real body recomposition.
The biggest factor in determining whether or not you will reach goals and see significant changes is not your training program or even your diet - it is your psychological position.
You must understand that you need to be giving 110% in training sessions and being 100% honest with food intake for any coach to have success with you.
If you show up but only train to 70% then you didn't get out of that session what your coach programmed or expected you to, and if you snuck in 300 extra calories a day that weren't allocated for or admitted to then over time this will add up to a failure to reach your goals under the program given.
You'll want to blame anyone but yourself for that failure, and your coach is the obvious choice to point the finger - this is why we won't work with you if we don't feel you are ready! We have a reputation to uphold!
This client put in 100% effort every time he trained - he began his program training at home with just a little weight and progressed to the gym around 10 weeks in to the program.
He saw huge jumps in the weight he was able to lift for each exercise as well as some amazing body recomposition in such a short space of time!

Minimum 3 months program
You won't see progress in less than 3 months, so we have a 3 month minimum sign up on our bespoke programs to ensure you get the maximum from this experience! If you want to see real progress and body recomposition then a 6 - 12 month program is ideal.
You will need to complete our pre-program questionnaire before we can consider working with you - if we don't feel like this is a good fit for you right now then we won't work with you!
Once approved, you'll work with us to really narrow in on your goals and available time, equipment etc to develop a sustainable program that you'll enjoy doing without getting overwhelmed - if you need to start slow & build up then that's what we'll do.
Your workouts will be delivered via our free training app, with video demonstrations of all exercises and 24/7 messenger access so any questions will be answered.
If you opt to include bespoke nutrition and the wider aspects of health in your program then you will also go through structured habit formation and education to build your knowledge.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Totally your choice
As you've probably gathered - the program will be 100% bespoke to you, so if you only have 1 set of dumbbells and a resistance band* then that's what we'll use!
*Bear in mind that we can't work miracles - if you only have bodyweight or minimal equipment we won't be breaking any strength records, but we can still make good progress!
IS NUTRITION INCLUDED?
It's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise
All of our bespoke programs include access to our full Nutrition Toolbox, so no matter what you will have access to healthy, easy meal planning tools to start improving nutrition.
We also offer bespoke nutrition guidance which can be tailored to your goals and body. We will calculate your ideal macros and calorie intake and provide flexible meal planning options which take into account any intolerances, likes & dislikes and any other constraints you might have.
