WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Workouts delivered via our training app
Video demonstrations of all exercises
Rep ranges provided to suit different abilities
Intermediate to advanced rating given due to the high intensity nature
You will complete 6 workouts per week, with an average completion time of c. 30 minutes.
The workouts are designed to get your heart rate up to burn body fat, whilst challenging your muscles to build lean muscle.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Bodyweight only
Free Weights
This program is available in bodyweight only or free weights so you can decide which is best for your circumstances.
If you choose to go bodyweight only then feel free to add resistance bands where you feel necessary if you have access to them.
