This 12 week, structured program will gradually have you progressing towards your goals no matter where & how you decide to train.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

3 distinct phases to avoid plateauing

To keep you progressing this program is broken down into 3 phases.
During phases 1 and 2 you will complete a total of 4 workouts per week, including 3 resistance sessions (lower, upper and full body) plus 1 HIIT & abs session.
Phase 3 will increase to a total of 5 workouts per week, including 4 resistance sessions (glutes & hamstrings, glutes & quads, upper body 1 & 2) plus an advanced ab workout.
Rep ranges are given for each exercise so you can complete the number of reps most suited to your current ability and increase as needed over time.
If you choose the free weight or full gym plan then weight ranges are also given to suit your ability.

CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM WHILE TRAVELLING?
All of our workouts have been designed to be completed from anywhere, so you can keep fit while travelling from any corner of the world, with no excuses!
If you have no access to equipment then you will simply follow the bodyweight only version of the program and will still see results. If you travel with resistance bands then you may wish to add these in to some workouts.
